I'm having a little bit of difficulty with PSP9
 Basically-I CAN'T FIND THE COLOR PANEL! -Not yelling- Just a bit frustrated. Or maybe because I'm new to this. Well-I'm trying. Anybody care to help me? Again? |

If it doesn't load with the program right away, go to View > Palettes > Materials, and it should pop up. I'm using PSP8, so it might not be exactly the same, but you get the idea.
