ive looked & looked and cant find a tut to make a good looking vintage effect to my photos, or the faded color etc etc.
any help? tjhx |

Typical shortcuts for a "vintage" look are:
- Dark Blue color layer set to "Exclusion" - Light Orange color layer set to "Multiply" - Light Blue color layer set to "Color Burn" - Lowering the Saturation of the picture if we knew what program you were using....that would help too. :) |

I think every site out there with coloring/photo tutorials has one on the vintage look. I know there are a billion of them on here. I think the link given to you earlier should lead you to them.

You could always experiment with the channel mixer, or even just mix random colors with a new fill layer, and play around with the settings.

Dark blue layer set on exclusion is the quickest. I use it in a lot of my stuff.
