i was wondering how you can be like, an OFFICIAL MEMBER, MODERATOR, ADMIN, and the other ones..

if you do then can you polease list them for me?

Well, you need to apply to become and Offical Member, or an Offical Designer. This topic explains the requirements.

There is a list of the Admins, Head Staff, Design Staff, and People Staff here.

You have to make 1000 posts and reach a 2PPD count if you want to be an Official Member. You may also reach 3500 posts total to apply for OM, then not have to worry about your PPD count.

aww man that sucks.. i really like posting help to people on here in the Myspace Support, but 2 POSTS PER DAY!

1.6 < 2, so how could you be doing more than the requirements...?

Just keep posting until it goes up. My PPD goes up at least one tenth a day (when I post a lot). You're only four tenths away.
