My supervisors threaten to fire me., I NEED MAJOR HELP PLZ!!

Long story short, my supervisors and other co-workers are trying to get me fired, they even said it to my face as well a buddy of mine who told me that they said that. They said i don't do any work when i have the most bagging total. My job is bagging boxes into a large bag. In 2007, i was called Territory B legend, cuz i had the most number of bags. Now, i don't have that many bags, and half of the people are saying i'm lazy and don't do any work, while i see them walk around talking to each other....

My buddy girlfriend told my buddy that the supervisor is going to give me more work than others....

Well today, there was an arguement between me and half of my supervisors and co-workers.

I work in a factory, and our job is to lift or bag boxes. Today, i bag boxes. There's 9 bins total and there's 3 of us. So we split 3 bins for each person. While i'm bagging, this guy called "Sorter" who throws boxes in our bins keep talking. So i said to him "STFU". He got mad and started talking back, so i talked back to him. Later, i ran out of bags and went to get some. When i came back, i worked on bin 1, but while i'm in the middle of bin 1, he wanted me to do bin 2. He went and told the supervisor, saying i didn't do the bin he wanted me to do. I told the supervisor that i was in the middle of bin 1. He said from now on, when he wants you to do something, you do it. I said lets go talk to the boss cuz i aint gonna talk to some dude my age. He said ok. I went onto the upper level of the floor and the supervisor told the assisstant manager what happened. He then yelled at me. I yelled back saying i was in the middle of bin 1, how the hell am i supposed to do bin 2. He said, this is not the 1st time that's happened. I said, well half of you are trying to get me fired. From now on, you do what your sorter tells you to do. I said, ok, howcome the sorter doesn't tell others what to do, but why only me?He said, you worry about yourself and not others and he said I DON'T CARE, NEXT TIME I'M GOING TO KICK YOU OUT THE BUILDING FOR INSUBORDINATION...

Later, while i was bagging, the sorter threw a soda can in my bin, i told the assisstant manager and he said to me "I'm really tired of your fooling around, i'm going to fire you if you don't stop"!. Throughout the day, i called the sorter a F*gg**, P**sy,can't talk to me man to man so you gotta go tell like a little B**ch huh. He bosses me around as to what bins i have to do, basically giving me more work than others cuz the assisstant manager gave him permission to boss me around now..

I'm planning on talking to one of the managers, but i doubt they'll do anything, cuz one of the managers was right there listening with his head down not doing jack shiet. This coming Monday if they don't fire me, i'm going to talk to some other managers and then if they don't do anything about this, then i'm taking it up with the Union, then i'll QUIT. The sad thing a buddy of mine begs me not to quit cuz he'll have no one to talk and joke.

Can you guys give me something that i'll get these M*f*s that want me fire in trouble or get them fired?

At least you're taking the steps to quitting.
I wouldn't take that kind of shit from anybody.

there's no way in hell i'm giving up just like that. Everybody looked at me thinking i'm gonna back down, but when they saw me talked back to the supervisors they all got quiet and wouldn't say anything to me. All the co-workers are afraid of the supervisors. I pissed off the managers as well other co-workers. I was planning on quitting anyway, it's just a matter of time before something like this happen.

I'm willing to go court and sue if i see i can win this case. My goal right now is to get all my supervisors fired as well as that sorter and then i'll quit.

If they ever used racial slurs against you [are you Asian? White? Black? Hispanic?], that can help your case.

They wouldn't dare say that in front of me, maybe behind my back but i doubt anyone would tell me.

All i know is, i'll use the quote from my assisstant manager" It is all your fault, and I DON'T CARE". I'll tell that to the union saying he's taking favorites and ignoring what i have to say. Getting the supervisors and co-workers yell at does not do me justice.. i want them to get some kind of suspension as well as firing. I will walk out happy.

I don't know but you could file harassment to your Sorter who threw the soda can at you. Also discrimination too, and the favoritism thing. I don't know but good luck. Anyways, got to go. Party tonight. :]

you will always need proof for every little things that happen.

judges wont take you in for truth without presenting evidence.

so use electronic devices, recorder, or some sort of things to save as evidence.

leave them alone for a week. let see if they try to pull any tricks on you. at the same time, use electronic device to record everything and don't do anything after you have tons of evidence.

I don't think i wanna waste my money on those, they're expensive.

I probably won't have to go to court but my bro and I talked and he said that there's something fishy going on, cuz Everywhere i work, there's always trouble. He said that if this time is in fact somebody else's fault, then he'll take as far as bring a lawyer to the place and possibly sue if they don't listen to what he gotta say.

they are not that expensive, if you have a quality job. if you're 15, then that's a different story.

seriously, you can find them cheap. i mean, a digital camera cost $100, tape recorder are pretty darn cheap, and what else ...? _smile.gif

if you're not going to invest some money and time for evidence.

don't expect judges and people to believe you in things you say without evidence. you'll have some bs co-workers and bias liars at the court.

do you have enough evidences?

But anyways, keep a log/entry of things that happened and include witnesses/supporters who were there ... and try to have some evidences to prove that situation.

On the other hand, you might want to keep another set of journal to explain the situation.

When you have good evidence, take them to the court. if there are many things that are "proved" in your log, then the rest of the "unproved one" could be actually "true". everything you do adds up the "degree" of fairness.

if you quit your job, then it may be hard to get another job.

people should quit if they personally don't like it. rolleyes.gif

people shouldn't quit if their workplace are abusing them. you'll get more money if you win the case .. then it's worth the stress, money, and time. haha. i dont know. you may possibly get a higher raise in salary too. _smile.gif

yeah... ima take it up with the Union to see what they gotta say when they hear my story.. after that i should have a different job somewhere, and then i'll bitch at each and everyone of the managers and supervisors just for the fun of it...

i really wish we could go 1v1 out in the parking lot but these are fuking pussy ass bitches....

Lol. Well even so, even if this goes to court, can the judge hold his past jobs as a part of this case? I never understand the judicial system. f**k Law School.

Because after reading his first post it really sounds like he handled this situation horribly. If you're having a problem with someone talking you don't tell them "STFU". And when you end up talking to the boss about it you don't yell at them. Calling someone names for the rest of the day doesn't help matters either. Based on what he's said there could be several days like this.

If he's going to admit that there has been a problem everywhere else he's worked, and describe a day like this to us then expect to win in court or whatever, he's got another thing coming. He needs good evidence. Because as it stands right now, I don't even see the union helping him out.

I don't know about anyone else, but in my work experience, cussing out my co-workers doesn't usually work all that well.
