What are some things that you "not" supposed to do cause they're bad for you but you do anyway cause it actually works for you?

For example, they said you're not supposed to have any dairy product when you sing but I find it easier to sing when I drink milk, so I do it sometimes. shrug.gif

Or when they tell you not to cram last minute before a test but I do it when it comes to quizzes cause that's the only way I can remember things.

Procrastination. Of course the common consensus is that you shouldn't do it, but I just say things are more exciting when you do them last minute. ;P Anyway, by the end of the day, I can still say I deed it.

Haha well it's very known that most people enjoy doing things that they're not supposed to do..

I mean come on, what's fun about following rules?

Really, why not?

Of course I procrastinate when I really shouldn't, but I can't help it.
