Preteen pretty much means 9-12 year olds right? If so, they probably haven't grown any hair in that area yet. Or hardly any, anyway. = =''

Young or old, no one likes a bush.

Edit:

The owner could not be reached for comment, but did tell the New York Post that she has seen more than 200 kid clients this year and that kids should begin waxing at 6 years old.

Okay, that's disgusting.

One New York City salon, Wanda’s European Skin Care Center, boasts on its Web site that children 8 years and older can get discounted waxing for “virgin” hair. “Virgin hair can be waxed so successfully that growth can be permanently stopped in just 2 to 6 sessions. Save your child a lifetime of waxing ... and put the money in the bank for her college education instead!” the salon proclaims.

You know, there are far worse things kids could be doing. And presumably if they're old enough to grow hair, they're old enough to decide they don't want it there.

Whatever, you know? They aren't shooting up or shooting at me, so I don't really feel in a position to judge what an 11 year old is doing with her vagina. Nor do I particularly want to be in that position.

My mom was telling me about this. I personally don't see why 12 year old girls would want to do this considering they don't have that much hair down there. They're too young, imo.

Cool that it can be pernamently stopped. Gross that you would have someone touch your child just to remove hair.
I mean ew, that idea just makes my spine tingle. They could be potential peodfiles just wanting in your childrens pants

Philadelphia aesthetician Melanie Engle is most likely has a very biased view b/c 12 year olds dont go in for bikini waxes on a regular basis. people are trippin.

Either way, it's not good for the preteen girls.
Think about WHY you need to wax down there in the first place.
