hey how do u make a layout like this link here:

you can probably frame a youtube vid on top? but I never tried so I wouldnt know :]

in the example you gave, the video banner on top is entirely flash (the overlapped images & the video itself). if you're trying to use the image you gave, you can just use one of the codes to put a banner above your profile.
