but turns out I'm even worse at unpacking. (and trust me, I'm really bad at packing. I have the whole I'll-just-pack-really-quickly-in-the morning! mentality)

I got home on Sunday and I still haven't fully unpacked yet. ya my stuff's all over my bed, the floor, in suitcases, on chairs. stubborn.gif

why is this process so difficult? why do I feel a magnetic pull towards other apparatuses of happiness such as refrigerators instead?

oh yes, and HI EVERYONE :D

Does that mean your dirty clothes has been stiffed together in your duffel bag/suitcases? I bet it's hella wrinkly by now....

I do that sometimes. But usually, when I pack I put my shampoo and conditioner on the bottom... so to get to it I HAVE to take my clothes (and anything else) out.

I hate unpacking, i'd rather much prefer to leave my clothes inside my suitcase. stubborn.gif

I'd have nothing to wear the next day though ..

Blegh, I just packed today. Well, more like I threw everything in my suitcase and I'm not gonna do anything until a few hours before I leave for the airport. XD.gif I do prefer packing over un-packing, though. But usually I just throw everything in the washing machine and I'm done.

I know what you mean. It takes me a good 6 months to unpack fully. shrug.gif

Sometime at the beginning of the year, the exterminator was coming over so we had to put all of our clothes in a bunch of garbage bags...I just finished unpacking them today.

Dude, when I come back from a vacation my suitcase sits in the middle of my floor for weeks until I finally move everything out. >.<

I'm REALLY lazy about stuff like that. Speaking of which, I'm going home tomorrow so I'll be facing that as well, haha..

Packing is kind of fun; it's unpacking that takes too long. I didn't fully unpack my messenger bag of the stuff I brought to LA three months ago until recently.

I generally won't touch my bags until a few days after I get back home. ^^;;

lol I'm the same; sometimes I purposely leave little bags of junk and open them later when I'm not as lazy (aka a month or two later), and it's like a little after-burst of vacation.

Don't worry about it, I've done the same thing plenty of times. As a matter of fact, I still have things in suitcases still.

I usually unpack mostly everything, then leave a few random items in the backpack or suitcase for a couple months.
Then I think I lost em.

I never have the urge to put them away.

I like unpacking better than packing, 'cause you don't have to think about what you need to bring or how you're going to fit it all in the suitcase.

I like mindless tasks.

I didn't even bother to pack anything to move back to college until that morning. Five days later, I'm still in the process of unpacking boxes.
