i've always wanted to buy them,
but i have no idea what i would wear them with. because i don't think i'll ever wear a skirt. they're so cute and i want some D: what would you wear them with besides a skirt? |

I'm not a huge fan of neon leggings, but I've seen people wear them with shorts or just long shirts.

I learn more towards neutral colored leggings. I guess if you're going for an 80's look, they'd work out pretty well. If you're wearing a bright long babydoll, that would work, too.

I wear stockings with skirts and use garter belts to hold them up. It's VERY cute, I think.
Or, I will wear them with my boyfriends shirts. He adores it. |

I can't pull off leggings, lol. But if you're going for that 80's look, you can always wear them with shorts, skirts, babydoll tops.

I LOVE neon leggings! I have a pair in purple (although they're gonna have to be trashed soon. Or... art project...). Yeah, just wear it with a long shirt, maybe a funky belt so it doesn't look really baggy (although the shirt I wear my leggings with has a flared, bunched end so I don't need to wear a belt). And boots, definitely boots.

I'm not a big fan of neon leggings. I just have black & white ones. Ahh I remember I saw some on monday when I went shopping. I just can't remember what store. But you can find some at American Apparel, Wet Seal, Urban Outfitters, & stores like that.
As far as wearing them, I usually wear leggings with a baby doll or a dress. |

Wear a black shirt with them, but make sure it somewhat covers your butt if you're well endowed.

Leggings are typically for dresses and skirts. So maybe some cute, bright dress or skirt? Flats look nice with leggings. Sometimes bright hoodies will look good with leggings, as well.

Try the leggings paired under an oversized tee.
Should work okay  . You should wear a thin belt around your waist so the outfit looks more flattering. |
