I finished an hour and a half long work out consisting of squats, leglifts, running the treadmill, trackbike, weights, benchpress, etc. and I felt great. Then I had the sudden urge for those Chilli Cheese Fries at Carl's Jr. I went back to my apartment, and notice a Carl's Jr. coupon on my desk of a free Six Dollar Burger with the purchase of one. So I biked over to Carl's Jr, and bought myself the Chilli Cheese Fries, and got the two Six Dollar Burgers. I also bought a Large Rasberry Ice Tea drink. I went to their site when I got back home, and checked, and it added up to about 2000 calories. LOL. All that workout for nothing huh? Oh wells, I'm skinny as it is. I can eat big once in a while you know!

Have you ever just finished a work out, then later ate ALOT?

And oh check out my Fanny Pak support!!! 80's 4 lyfe! ^_^

After a workout I'm either thirsty or really sleepy. I remember I ran up and down this really steep hill 15 times and as soon as I got home I slept immediately.

Solid food should be avoided after working out to accommodate biochemical supercompensation.

Also, combining cardio with weight training = fail.

Lol, all the time. I have a tendency to eat like a pig after going for a run.

Of course, I'm really not in a position to claim that I don't do that normally, given that I'm currently sitting in bed eating leftover Chinese take-out.

Good times.

Meh, I'm guilty of doing that. I always ate after coming home from practice during the summer, sometimes it would be big and sometimes small. I ended up losing weight though, LOL.

Hm, I'm tempted to move this topic out of the Lounge. But I don't know where to. Oh well.

I rarely get hungry after a workout. A lot of my friends say that they get really hungry after they do cardio... perhaps I am just weird.

possibly to health?

i usually work out late at night (i know, not the best time), so i rarely eat afterwards. but if i workout in the middle of the day, i tend to eat 1-2 hours afterwards and try my best not to pig out!

I wish I exercised more than I do, but after I just sit down and have water.

I eat horribly most of the time, but I'm still barely 100 pounds, so I'm happy.
