Hello everybody :] It's been a while... gotta love summer jobs/summer classes!

So, I've recently read the Twilight series, and I know that Robert Pattison will be playing the part of Edward in the movie. And he's gorgeous, in my opinion.

My inspriation came from a wall that I saw in the Art Institute of Chicago, fyi.

So, without further ado...

Oooh, fancy. Me likey, a lot. Although the content of the site tends to get lost with image-centric layouts like that. And the content font is tiny >< And kinda generic XD

Edit: Your portfolio is beautiful!

MMkay. I've upped the font size one pixel... I want to use a sans serif font that's default on all computers, so if you have any other suggestions Carrie, I'm all ears.

My aim was to use the content as part of the work of art as well. So even though the design is image heavy, the content has it's own colors and images to interact with the main design. At least, that was my intent... whether or not I actually pulled it off.

So the nav cuts into the content? Is that in FF? For some reason, my FF browser is malfunctioning, so I was going off of IE. I'll switch to Safari and check it out.

Thanks for the feedback!

I've always been a fan of Tahoma. Century Gothic is cool, too.

And yeah, the navigation does cut in on FF.

Mkay, I changed the personal content to Tahoma, and it does look better :] I changed the update section to century gothic.

Oh, I fixed the nav in Safari, so I guess it's fixed in FF too.

Thanks for the suggestions!

I don't really understand the inspiration.. is the link broken?

The picture only has a little bit of the view of the red wall (off to the right hand side) where my inspiration came from. Basically, I used the same visual elements (red background, colorful images with a thick white border, and san serif text).
