Once upon a Fountain, yey for stupid title ! Options

Umm... well since cheeseburgers now rule the world, I decided to make a pretty picture in honor of their king (burgerking, silly!)

It's an image of a fountain in my backyard. It's bluey and glowy :o and the rain moves !

I love how the statue kind of shimmers when the rain moves across it!

That's cuz it's a bunch of white lines flying across an image...

it doesn't look "windy" so the rain shouldn't be that much on a slant-

Rain doesn't tell you which direction to move in, so why do you insist on telling rain which direction to move in ?

Although I had to stare at it to actually see the rain it actually looks okay, but I think you could make it a tad bit noticeable.

The photography is pretty decent, but the editing looks like something you could do in Lunapic.

I like the photograph and I guess how you made the main subject blue... but the rain doesn't do anything for it. I think it looks much too fake.
