Yeah, no they aren't. They induce occsional mild guilt at best.

Ugh, Sandra I feel you pain. I've been really, really good this summer so far, I've been smoking one or two every other day or so, which is a helluva improvement, I tell you. Meh, I'll probably just pick up again hen I move up to Notts... Seriously, it's not a good thing.

LOL. If that were true, the number of smokers would be greatly diminished, because they show those commercials on tv and before movies all the time. Obviously they're not having that great of an impact. You can't take a statistic like that seriously.

Honestly, the inability to quit something you don't want to be doing is baffling to me. But of course I have no interest in finding out what it's like.

oh. Just an idea, i know my friends grandfather does that to try to quit smoking.

Rah James. It's even worse for me now that it's summer. I'm always out and I ALWAYS smoke. I smoke a packet a day. sad.gif

It's not a question of quitting something you don't WANT to be doing, more a question of quitting something you want to be doing, but feel you shouldn't.

Ugh, Sandra, I actualyl smoke more a day in winter... smoking is less enjoyable when it's hot, I find...
