So I've just started driving and my parents want to find me a car and they're asking me what car I want (like, realistic ideal). I started out and I think I really like the Toyota Yaris and the Scion tC. And if price wasn't an issue I'd TOTALLY get a Mini Coop.

Suggestions?
They don't really have to be similar to the Yaris or tC.
I just want to look at cars and see if I like them.
I'm 4'11'' and would prefer a smaller car, just fyi.
That's the only real criteria I have.

Oh and my mom objects to a manual transmission for my first car.

Okay....GO! =)
Thanks in advance!

I agree with Kryo. Get a Metro. They're good on gas, and you can't go so fast you kill yourself.

First i would think about weather.
Think about if it snows especially and how icy/slippery it can get.
For me i would absolutly LOVE a minicooper
but with the winters being complete hell to drive, i know that car is not logical for where i live unless its summer.
