Okay...I am sorry, but this makes me soo mad. I was in Electronics Boutique today and this nerdy kid was in there talking to an employee about what game he should get for GameCube or whatever. The employee recommends Wind Waker. The kid (who was probably 18 or so) says "No! That is the most kiddy game ever! The graphics are like little kids!" Okay, that just makes me mad. I left the store right then...

My point is...Well, there really isn't a point, but anyways...I wish people would stop judging books, er, games by their covers. Stop making opinions based on what other people say and make your own.

Excuse my ranting.

FF7 has great graphics for the time. Especially with the cut scenes.

Wind Waker does have lack luster graphics. but common, its a Zelda game, you cant go wrong with Miyamato.

Yeah, i dont understand this whole, "it's-a-kiddie-looking-game-so-i-won't-play-it" concept. Since when does blood, gore and violence make a game good, or the lack of them make a game bad?

Games with lack-luster graphcis (not applying to LoZ:WW. i like the graphics actually) are often games with the newest innovations or great gameplay.

Wind Waker actually did have quite horrendous graphics. Even for cel shading. The lighting however, wow, incredible.

take earthbound for example. not very good graphics, but a very different kind of rpg. and a great game.

Oh man, totally agreed.

Screw the people who judge based on looks alone. It's their loss, huh.
Actually, then again, we're in the realm of fanboyism....

Oh oh. What do you think about the new Zelda coming up?

Any inputs as to what the storyline you think will be like? HmmMMMm? It took them long enough to make this version of Zelda!! mad.gif Especially after that clip with the Link and Ganondorf sword fight that raised our hopes so high. But now this is coming... and we'll soon be satiated in our Zelda needs.
