It's easier to think up.

I hated "Prince Caspian" and everyone else (I knew) loved it.

I've never seen the movie but I remember when it used to be so "hyped" a few years ago.

Napoleon Dynamite, as has been mentioned already, was really dull.

Harold and Kumar is utter bollocks

Most spoof movies in general.

I didn't like Napoleon Dynamite while I was watching it, but I LOL'd a few days later thinking back.

Shaolin Soccer/Kung Fu Hustle
Anastasia
Happy Feet (the beginning was really cute, and the animation is great... but talk about depressing!!!)

Pans Labyrinth.
The ending wasn't bad, but the overall movie just didn't do anything for me.

^ I liked the soundtrack and that was about it.

And everybody was like "OMG PANS LABYRINTH!" so I was so excited to watch it! Then the end came and I was like "what now?"

^x3 Kung Fu Hustle SUCKED, Shaolin Soccer remains one of my favourite movies though. Good ol' classic Stephen Chow. Random/ once I had lunch (yum cha) with the dude with the moustache in Kung Fu Hustle because my uncle was visiting us over here.

The Golden Compass. HOLY SHIT IT SUCKS. Did I already write about it? Oh well. If you've read the book you probably thought it was good. I'm not knowledgeable on the whole plot, so watching it was like...WTF?! FIGHTING ARMOR-CLAD POLAR BEARS? No.

I cannot say it enough times but I hate, hate HATE Lady in the Water. Worst movie EVER. Although I'm pretty sure no one else loved it.

I also disliked Garden State. I didn't hate the movie, but I was expecting it to be awesome because so many people said it was amazing. No, it just sucked. The only thing I liked about it was the soundtrack.

Eh, Gigi, I thought the movie would probably have been better had one not read the books. Left too much out... but that's always the way, I guess. You really should read the books though, they're wicked.

Also, boo at the members of the population who didn't like Pan's Labyrinth.

Gigi - The moustache guy? Isn't he like super (HK) famous??!!

Oh yeah, and Eraserhead. I'm not sure if that really counts though, because none of my friends have actually watched it before... but my media arts teacher keeps talking about how it's one of the best film noirs ever made.

No. It just totally freaked me out. Especially that scary alien baby... a bunch of us almost threw up watching it.

I did not like Superbad.

Or Pan's Labyrinth. We had to watch it in English class, and I just sat there saying stupid things the whole time. I swear, that faun thing is a perv... showing up in her bedroom.

I think he is...? My uncle directs a lot of crap in HK though, so he knows a lot of random people haha. And the moustache guy lives in Vancouver anyway.

I'm sure the book was considerably better. Just...watching it in the theatre...it was laughable. btw I LOVED Pan's Labyrinth.

I loved that movie. _unsure.gif Maybe you didn't understand it ... there was so much symbolism and the main character was so cute. It was so surreal, and I can't wait to see The Happening. Even though people hate M.Night Shamylan's movies (The Village, Signs, etc.) I love how thought provoking they are.

SCIENTIFIC-FICTION MOVIES are awesome.

^ I'm not sure what the point of a movie would be if I had to sit there for hours trying to think about what in the f**k a narf is, or holding in my laughter at a truly far-fetched plot. Symbolism is good and appreciated, but a movie cannot survive on that alone. I understood the whole premise behind it, but Shyamalan tried MUCH too hard to create a deep, "thought-provoking". In the end it was arrogant, nonsensical, and entirely not charming at all. On the other hand, I loved Pan's Labyrinth (which you could compare to Lady in the Water in that it involves a sort of fairy tale), because it wasn't a huge mess. I didn't need to weed through a bunch of made-up terms about some f**ked up magical world with narfs and scrunts to make a connection to my real life.

The Bee Movie. It wasn't realistic and the humor was weak.

or atleast from what i saw of it
I didnt get that far but it just seemed kind of slow to me a bit.

Also did anyone think the ending to the new indiana jones was a little...off?
I liked most of it but then the ending was a little, "not indiana jones-eyy"
