China > Mexico

Filipino = (Chinese + Mexican)/2

Mexican - .5 Mexican = .5 Mexican

Now Filipino = .5 Chinese, and Mexican = .5 Mexican

.5 Chinese / .5 = Chinese, .5 Mexican / .5 = Mexican

China > Mexico

Filipinos > Mexicans

Watch people start talking about this dude can beat Mayweather as they did with Hatton, Del La Hoya, etc. We all know what the outcome was.

Mayweather retired, though I think Cotto would have beaten him if he didn't retire and ended up fighting him. De La Hoya is a joke.

Pacquiao is capable of beating Hatton, but I think it would be a tougher fight since he'd have to move up in class.

Cotto could beat Mayweather if he lands some solid shots, the only problem is Mayweather's evasiveness is a nuisance for most fighters. I just have a gutsy feeling Mayweather is going to come back.

I think Pac could beat Hatton also, but I like you said he would have to move up a weight class.
