I won't move it, don't worry.
Hot showers help my headaches a little. Also lying down with my eyes closed for a few minutes sometimes makes a small headache go away. |

It also works both ways, depending how you feel. You can either dampen the face towel with hot or cold water. It feels really good when you just lay it on your forehead or your entire face, for that matter. |
