need help on comment box Options

im having trouble getting the comment box to show up. its there but after you type something there is no button for you to send it. help please..

For some reason when layouts on here are approved, the end of the code occasionally gets cut off because of the comment box (the whole textarea inside a textarea thing, perhaps?). It's happened to me, but I've corrected it. You may want to contact the designer for the rest of the code. If he/she doesn't respond, I could try to remake the button and give you the code. :)
