The "Magical" Effect? Help needed Plz, i'm using paint shop pro. |

ok so i've googled, yahoo, searched createblog, and deviantart...i've seen the tutorials for photoshop and the brushes as well and usually i can recreate the same from and tutorial from photoshop b.c i use paint shop pro. unfort. ive haven't been able to create what i call the "magical" effect like in the pic i've attached. usually i see the swirls wrapped around someone. but i would like [if anyone can help] to find a tutorial or imagepack something that i could do in paint shop pro for this effect. thanks in advance. and i hope this was specific enough.

thanks so much!!! i was actually looking at the 'fractal' brushes once i posted this but you found just what i was looking for! thanks a bunch!
