Extended Network Banner, working within a div |

Okay I'm working on a div overlay but would like to have the extended network banner still visible, placed in a specific spot on the overlay. I have the code to move the banner up/down left/right but the only problem is that it ends up hidden underneath the DIV. For example, I moved the extended network banner to the far left and half of it was covered by the div and the other half was visible. How can I fix this?

You need to post your coding, because it's hard to help you based only on a description of what's wrong.
