so ladies, how long does it take for you girls to get ready to leave the house? and by getting ready I don't mean grabbing car keys but rather the whole ordeal of applying makeup, taking showers, doing things to your hair, picking out your attire, etc.

It usually takes me about 20 minutes before I leave for school: I take a 10 minute shower and spend the last 10 running around for homework and finding something to wear. I get to save a lot of time by not blow-drying my hair or having make-up fun.

Depends on the day. In an ideal situation, my alarm goes off at 7am and I get up. My coffee's already been made because I have the coffee maker set to brew automatically. I sit down, eat a brief breakfast, and then I quickly get dressed and head to the bathroom. I put on makeup, brush my teeth, run a brush through my hair (I fix it at night after I shower) and I'm ready to go. By that time it's about 7:45 and I have to be at class by 8, so I'm in good shape.

....What normally actually happens is my alarm goes off at 7, I hit snooze. I finally wake up at around 7:40, and by that time I don't have time to fix my coffee. I throw clothes on, brush my teeth, and rush out the door, barely making it to class on time. =]

During the school year it would take me exactly 50 minutes to shower, put on make-up, get dressed, eat, etc. and leave.

About 20 minutes; never more than 25.

Taking a 45-minute-long shower wastes so much water...

About 30 minutes, including shower time, depending on whether or not I'm shaving my legs. XD

I don't really wear makeup, except for black eyeliner. I don't wear any foundation, just moisturizer and I usually put that on while waiting at stoplights on the way to work.

My hair is kept short and since it's layered (and thick), all I do is shake it out, spray on some spray glue stuff and voila.

For school, it could take anywhere from 10 minutes to two hours, depending on if I showered last night or the last time I washed my hair... I have nice hair - when it's straightened. But it's just past my shoulders and when I get out of the shower and it dries, it sticks out about five inches from my head pinch.gif It's horrible.

When I wanna look nice, it takes about fifty minutes, give or take ten. On some occasions, I'll do my nails. Other times, I get a huge headband or I pull my hair into a ponytail, wash my face, and leave.

I can leave the house in anything if I am being rushed.
But at the most it takes me half an hour and that's getting really dolled up.

5 minute shower
10 minutes choosing outfit
5 minute makeup
5 minute hair (on a good day)
2 minute lotioning
3 minutes fixing anything else

approx: 30 minutes

WTF, no one cares that much about you. Don't waste your life getting ready, go f**king live it. Jesus christ, almost 2 hours doing your damn makeup?!

Annnnnyway, I never can seem to take longer than 40min-1hour to get ready. I shower relatively quickly, usually throw on some powder/foundation, mascara, maybe some eyeshadow/liner, throw my hair up or put curling stuff in my hair, put on clothes BAM.

during the summer, it takes me longer 'cause i put on sunscreen (i tan easily). from breakfast to out the door = approx. an hour.

breakfast 20mins >> bathroom/shower 10mins >> sunscreen/makeup 10mins (waiting for sunscreen to dry) >> clothing 10mins

that's if i take my time. no need to fix my hair 'cause it's cut short, and it's naturally smooth and straight. if something comes up very last min, i could take a 1 min shower and get dressed/ready in less than 5. but why rush? ;P

about 45 minutes i guess.. 10-15 for the shower, 15 for blow drying my hair, makeup, etc, and 15 for putting on clothes and fixing my hair. all this doesn't take long for me at least.

I usually pick out my clothes the night before && that takes about 15-20 minutes. I shower at night too, so I don't have to in the morning (15 minutes)

Then, when I'm getting ready in the morning, it takes me 10 minutes to straighten my hair, 5-10 minutes for make-up, and about 10 for everything else.

I shower at night so I don't have to do it in the morning.
It takes me around 20 mins to do my hair and like 5 minutes to do my makeup and such and then I'm out the door.
So overall 25 minutes. Maybe 30.
