moving scroll boxes? Options

so i've seen codes for when you want to move your 'about me section' or music player and whatnot to wherever you want on your myspace,

so can anyone please tell me if there's a similar code like that

but instead we're moving scroll boxes to the place of our liking?

Hey.
I used that code but the box is tiny and you can see all of the html in the text. If there is no way to resolve this how can i put a scroll box in my text area because if not the text runs over the bottom of my div image.
