I start summer school tomorrow. Anyone else going?

I am taking 6 units this first session, and then 7 units the second session. I am trying to graduate in May of 2009.

I'm working all summer, no school. I'll probably never do summer school unless I'm really desperate to get out. >.<

Elba, please change the topic title to something more suitable and appropriate.

I got how it was possible, just seemed a bit of a random number. One hour class and all.

I was going to take summer school. Then I realized I'd rather enjoy my last summer. It starts on June 16th though, since we aren't out of school yet. Today's the last day yay! <3

Yeah, but mine started at the beginning of May. I'm only doing 2 classes though and one is distance and they're both electives haha, so its not that bad.

I think I needed to, but I also think I figured it up that if I didn't and just go next semester, I'll have enough credit hours. Actually, I think I'm just fucking myself over. Regardless, I'm not going.

No wait. Actually, I think I figured that I would just work a shit ton this summer because next semester I'm taking 18 credit hours, some in the morning, and some at night, which left me no time in the middle to work, except on Thursday, Saturday, Sunday. So, for now, I guess I'm saving money instead of going to school so I'm not a poor little bastard. On top of that, I do a lot in the summer, which would probably result a lot in skipping. No bueno.

Okay, so I changed my mind. 6 units this first session and 4 units the second session.

My teacher scared me today. For every hour of class, we're supposed to spend three hours outside of class doing homework. So 15 hours a week in class means 75 hours a week outside of class dedicated to accounting (compared to 30 hours a week total during a regular semester). This is going to suck.

^that's standard i think. all my profs say that, but you know no one ever does it. although around here, they say it's a total of 3 hours (1 hr class time, 2 outside). it's how they work out what's considered full time (12 credits = 12 hours = 12 x 3 = 36 hours/week aka equivalent to a full time job.

i don't know how people with jobs + kids get through that shit.

anyway, i had re-considered attending summer classes, despite the price, but then i realized i was too late anyway. tuition was due yesterday ;\
