Nothing particularly special. I do enjoy the extra day off though. It's always nice to have a day off (paid) without having to take any sick or vacation time to do so.

This year my sister is out from CA (hence me not really being around cB much for a week or so) and my brother decided to drive over from AL so with the exception of my older brother, the whole fam is here.

It's pretty hot and humid, yet cloudy and probably will rain later if I'm to believe the weather people.

Watched a myriad of military movies, barbequed in the back, and just relaxed.

Although it was yesterday, my family goes to the Golden Gate National Cemetery in San Bruno to pay respects to my dad's cousin who was in the Army a long time ago.

We've never really celebrated Memorial Day until this one.

I woke up to breakfast in bed(<3!), then spent the day watching Jon and Kate Plus 8. Then my Kuya Mike and Ate Libye came over around 5, and we barbeque'd and made a feast. (There was seven of us in total, so it wasn't really that big of a celebration) Even my dogs enjoyed it, with the scraps of meat they got from our barbeque, hah! We watched some videos from when they went to the Philippines, and I got to see all my cousins, nieces, and nephews for the first time in almost a year. Then we had some of my Ate Libye's famous avocado shakes, and we went upstairs to watch Grey's Anatomy.

Best Memorial Day so far. thumbsup.gif
