Uh.

Two red boxes and some slapped on text and brushes? It still needs a lot of work!

It's pretty plain. The colors (imo) don't work well together, either. Try adding (maybe a graphic or something) without having it become too chaotic.

Is this your first? It doesn't look too bad if it is.

Aside from the fact that it's too plain, it looks pretty flat as well. Also, the blue and red don't really make a good color scheme.

It wouldn't stretch the page of the most common resolution, but if you stuck it on a 600x800 resolution you would have horizontal and vertical scroll bars.

I think its okay, blue and red have always been no no colors in my book. Especially together, they clash to much and aren't appealing to the eye. The red is to bold, which makes you focus in on it as the blue you don't ever notice until your eyes are over the burn that the red gave them. Try sticking to at least 1-2 fonts in a layout. Maybe one for any quotes/headers/links and then another for the actual content. Make sure to have some separation of text when it comes to links. When you combine them together its not easy to navigate through. I think all the links should be on one line as well instead of just have add at the top and then so many links in a different font under it.
