Default comment box?, Comment box with default MySpace colors? Options

I've seen this comment box before but I can't find it anywhere anymore?! I want it really bad, and I've tried to copy the code from 'View Source' but I can't fight the right code. Does anybody know where I can get it? It has the original orange and blue Myspace colors and everything.

Ok, its the default:

The only thing you need is the Blue and the border to be size=1; and style=solid

I copied this from the comments page source code, but I think it operates with DHTML. It's probably not going to work, but you can try it.
