So, whenever I turn on my computer, it says "Itunes Helper Module..." etc, that Don't Send/Send Error Report pop up.

I've tried redownloading Itunes again from the website, and it gets to a point where it says restore/uninstall. I've tried both, and they always just stop in a certain spot. And I wait for 20 minutes and still nothing (and my computer isn't that slow).

I've tried uninstalling Itunes from my control panel, but it "stops" in a certain spot too. I've tried manually deleting Itunes but it says it's guarded or something.

I believe my virus scanners scan my computer daily and nothing's shown up... and I've had this problem for like two weeks. _unsure.gif

one thing you should try is going to safe mode and uninstalling/deleting stuff its usually always the easiest way like that to get rid of something you cant when booted in normal mode try that first and let us know. oh and btw what os are you using?

You think you have XP?
You at least have to know what you're using.

Take a screen shot and I can tell you what os you're using.

If you're using Windows XP, then your Start button should be green with a blue taskbar.
