so too much beer pong and shotguns is obviously gonna make u get big. lol any ways how to get the beer belly down

The same way you would lose fat from any other cause.

Alcohol impairs nutrients used in bodily processes and takes priority over them so that it's synthesized prior to anything else. You immediately go back into ketosis/lipolysis after the alcohol is used up. It's also been shown to cause a quicker aromatization of androgens into estrogens, which contrasts testosterone production (testosterone is needed to catabolize adipose tissue, or burn fat).

You lose fat through cardio and dieting.

Alcohol is fattening because it prevents fat catabolism. The buzzphrase for beer in the bodybuilder community is "empty calories".

People see Arnold bragging about drinking beer in Pumping Iron and then think that it's conducive to building muscle or something.

200-500 calorie deficit in your diet
Weight training to maintain muscle

Thats all you really need for any weight loss. You can't spot reduce obviously - so the belly won't suddenly drop off. You'll notice it first in your face probably, wrists, thighs, but belly always seems to be the custer's last stand for fat.

Most people only associate foods that contain fat as fattening, which is fallacious. Dietary fat doesn't convert to body fat, just as dietary cholesterol has little correlation with blood cholesterol levels.

My friend swears by taking a laxative at least 2 to three times a month, to keep her wait in check, and it actually works.

Most people want to lose fat weight, but if she dislikes unsynthesized food that much, more power to her.

I tell people to use the mirror, not the scale.

Whatever hasn't had a chance to be integrated in the GI tract as usable nutrients and energy.

Laxatives will only cause you to lose fluid and food residue, which can lead to phases of water retention and bloating.

Sure, the number will drop on the scale, but it's not as if you'll look any better.

True, I definitely understand that. I mean she does other things as well, but I have noticed a difference in her weight.

Most of the fat comes from food eaten to sober up, so not doing that is bound to help.

I found this, since I don't drink, hopefully other tips will help:

1. Set yourself realistic goals. If your waist measures 36" (90cms) at the beginning, aim to have it at 35" at the end of the first month, 33" on the second and 30" at the end. That way, you will be able to get rid of beer belly fast. Don't set unrealistic goals which you cannot ever attain.

3. Take temptation out of your life: for three months you won't be eating: Say no to sugar, white foods, and refined carbohydrates, caffeinated drinks like cola and coffee, and alcohol.

4. To get rid of belly fat say YES to a hearty meals, including breakfast. It can be mainly protein - scrambled eggs, protein drink. Or invest in unsweetened muesli. If you live in Melbourne, ask about Fruitful handmade muesli, made with 40% nuts for added protein. Eat five small meals a day.

5. Also be sure to drink at least eight glasses of water each day. Most people don't succeed in getting rid of beer belly fast simply because they don't get to drink enough water.

6. Are you doing exercises and workouts? No, you don't have to hit the gym, but try to do twenty-thirty sit ups daily before you hit the bed. You will get amazing results after a week. But you mist do this every single night. If you ever skip it for any reason, the belly fat will come right back to you!

Sit-ups are garbage and ab workouts don't burn "belly fat".
