I think Maryland and some of the eastern shore states are the only ones with WaWa's. I heard that somewhere. But it's great, open 24-7, amazing hot chocolate and hoagies!

Well, we have a ton of Culvers. I think it's a midwest thing, because I think they have them in IL and OH. Home of the butterburger and frozen custard. Mmm, heart attack.

Graeters - There's a few in Ohio and I think 1 or 2 in Kentucky. Best ice cream in the world
![]() LaRose's - Alot in Ohio, some in Kentucky and Indiana. They have OK pizza but not my favorite Skyline and Goldstar - Big in Ohio. There's some in other states, though |

IL only has PORTILLO'S! (Right?)
Such good food. Except I think I heard that they opened one or two in California.. And for some reason I keep seeing Jack in the Box comercials a few times, but there is definitely none here. Otherwise, I'd be all up on that shit. I think thats a California thing too. ![]() Edit;; Had to look; 2 in California and 1 In indiana OH White Castle! Midwest thing + New York and New Jersey. They have resturants and everywhere else just sells it :P |

On a side note, different regions have different grocery stores. I'm sure over half of you have never heard of publix, or wegmans. true!! hmm.. i know around my neighborhood there's a Ralph's, Pavilions, ....can't think of anymore. But I know that I haven't seen another Pavilions besides the one by my house. |

The Varsity is only found in Atlanta. It's kind of tradition, if you live in or visit ATL you HAVE to eat there at least once. The food is wonderfully american.

I'm glad Bojangles is confined. To many bad memories, and Bojangles is one of them. There're a few Bojangles that I've seen one near Waldorf and the other in Largo, about 10-15 minutes away from where I live. I ate there once, it was disgusting.I haven't seen a Sonic though. I do miss it so. And there are Sonics! You just have to head South down 301. Ben's Chili Bowl. |

I've seen a Jack in the Box commercial here in PA, but I have never seen one of the restaurants. They just now added Sonic here, and they've been showin commercials for years. |

^ You know what? I hate the fact that I get Sonic commercials in MD when the closest ones are in Virginia, Delaware, and Pennsylvania. That doesn't make ANY sense whatsoever.

Yeah! I live in Maryland, and there's an A&W if you head down South on one of the state highways. It's conjoined with something, though (you know like Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins or KFC/Taco Bell), I don't remember what it is right now.
Edit: So I checked on the A&W website, and there are three within 10 miles of me =O (All conjoined though, one with a Long John Silver's, the others with KFC). |
