It is said if your birthday cake is dropped then you would have back luck the following year...

So have any of you ever had your birthday cake dropped?

I personally haven't. My grandparents always bought my cake and then brought it to the house right after..and then it just stayed on a surface the whole time..

what about if someone's wedding cake gets dropped?
i've seen it happen a lot on Ace of Cakes.

Nope has not happened to me yet. Plus I always want an ice cream cake instead of a regular cake so in a way if it did happen it wouldn't be a true cake. So I guess I will always be lucky. biggrin.gif

Cupcakes, ftw.

I've never dropped one. And I don't think anyone ever dropped one that they made for my birthday... or else they did and didn't tell me.
