I think the idea was that if you put it on the internet, you will have comitted an offence. I think the same goes for watching it online.
Internet histories etc. |

Eh, true. I doubt that they will be to the T with this. It's not like they'll go around and track down every single person. Kinda like illegal file sharing here in the states.
