I am a aspiring graphic designer, and I am doing my best to get my work and myself out there. I'm already a member of deviant art, and behance network, but idk what else to do.

My site is temp. down because I'm busy with school, but I wanted to know if there was another positive way to put myself on the map.

Idk if this is the right forum, but just thought somebody could lend a hand. _unsure.gif

Ask other similar sites if they would be an affiliate with you.
As in partners or something like that.

when i first started my flickr, i promoted myself like craaaaaaaazy!
i still do! biggrin.gif
what i suggest you do is to put links to your work on your myspace, in bulletins, your AIM status, buddy profile, show your work to friends, on your sig here on cB, on your cB profile...
the options are endless.
those are just some techniques i used.
good luck! _smile.gif

EDIT/
i forgot to state the obvious...
submit your work here on cB! laugh.gif

there are websites that can help you promote.
like www.affiliatescout.com or www.affiliatebot.com.

Its like a trading link type websites. Pretty much there is this website and you take their link and put it on your websites and they'll put your link on their website. There are websites that are only for this, and some of them have rankings were you'll be put on the front page if you have the most clicks for the day or whatever.

I've never personally joined one, but I've seen plenty of them.
