Check out my new myspace layout. I used a picture from create blog from the stock photos in the emotions catagory (on page 2) and paint shop pro photo x2. Http://myspace.com/ashley_linsey

I'm proud of it cause it's my first myspace layout that i made myself in a long time. tell me what you all think. Thanks,

shrug.gif Just seems like you put up a image and a simple image map with it. As Thomas said, try putting up some more divs or something. Maybe you should try getting the image to blend more to black around the edges. Also the font you choose doesn't seem to fit to me. But of course thats just my opinion.

Its kinda average. But I am looking at it without my glasses lol.

The things I would change is:
1) Either the background color or add a transparent blur to the edges of the image so it blends in better.

2)Add more divs

3)Better font.

And whats with this iframe code?

CODE
<[[[[[[[[[[[[[[iframe]]]]]]]]]]]]]] src="http://www.customzboard.com" name="CustomzBoard" width="200" height="300">Your Browser does not support inline frames.</[[[[[[[[[[[[[[iframe]]]]]]]]]]]]]]>

I never use iframes, but I would think that many [ and ] would mess up the iframe. Wouldn't it?

i like the banner a lot, but the layout doesn't seem like you did much to it. next time, try adding more.

It's nice but the quality seems kinda choppy. Also, I've never been too big a fan for layouts that are just an image. Try utilizing some DIV codes.

the image quality is awful, and scriptina is overrated + overused.

1. Great song
2. Great idea, love the photo.
3. I'm not loving the black+white on the girls face; It looks out of place.

The font looks really blurry to me. I think you could've chosen a better color than white shrug.gif

I had the wrong layout pic up and so the white on the girl's face is off and i fixed the text in the table. Although, i never saw the music player until i put the hide music player code in and then i saw it on my browser, so i took the code out and it is still there. Does anyone know of a code that works?

The text is way off to the left, make it relative to the central image.

Don't hide the music player, use a 3rd party one or don't have music at all, it's a very bad habit and annoys the hell out of most people.

I suggest making rollover states for the links especially since IE does not display the "pointing finger" over them.

Shortcuts is hidden on IE, not FF.

A bit simple for my tastes but keep at it! :)

see, that's the problem i'm having is with the table code, on my computer at home it is inline and on my computer at work it is way to the right. is there a code for it to stay in the same place on all computers?

I think the layout should be moved to the left around 200px. So the image is centered with the ad.
