 if you want to learn, make sure you look through the tutorials, scripts and help forums to gain a wide understanding about whatever it is you want to learn. if you ever want help you can PM myself or anyone else who offers/looks useful, or start forum topics about it (so long as its relevant and all that...check the community guidelines!) it will be nice to see you about the forums and hopefully submitting some work soon!

Welcome! a good way to learn layouts would to be to ask some of the people on here that made layouts you liked and ask for some helps or tips. other then that tutorials and google are always great

It usually helps to know what kind of layout you want to make, first, then concentrate on that type. Attempting to learn about too many kinds at once can be confusing.
