It looks decent. Although the noise seems like it doesn't fit there since the other side has horizontal wave lengths. The right image (where the noise is) doesn't seem to match to the corresponding colors next to it. The coloring seems decent. The font looks like you could've done a better font choice but it's alright.

it seems to be very very..hazy? on my screen..it doesn't seem bright enough.
i like the colours, and agree that the noise doesn't/didn't work, but i think its quite nice. |

Very interesting concept; and a pretty decent job of pulling it together. I especially like how the colors run into each other - the noise filter does look slightly awkward on the right but other than that, it's a solid sig.
