I need a music program for something I'm working on, I need to mix songs and make beats and stuff.
Audacity decided not to work for me, and the Adobe one wont either.
I would like if it were free.
(:

Fruity Loops. http://www.flstudio.com/
But you'd need a pretty powerful machine. Nothin less than 1gb of ram and a Pentium 4 (3.2ghz+)

Oh yeah. cool edit! Ha I used to use that too but I only used it for those albums that are just 1 whole track of like 12 songs. I used cool edit to edit in "dead air" gaps in between the song and then cut them out of the track to create it as one track.

Mainly hip hop... but when I was into makin my own beats, I was deeply in love with Classical music. I would take classical music, throw in a set of beats and perfect it. One reason why I love Jedi Mind Tricks is cuz they have a lot of samples with classical artists and their beats are just sick.

hell yeah man, I love some Mozart,Beethoven with a glaze of hiphop covering. they fit perfectly for each other.Broadway is second best for sampling. I'm just starting to pick up beat making, mainly I spit lyrics at my friend studio, but i'm still need some elevating on metaphors and punchlines :).

All that matters is vocab. You have a high vocabulary and you'll rip apart anything that exists :P

Also keep in mind that you don't want to keep it too simple, you want educated people to be like daaaaamn that shit is niice. Don't try to be another lil wayne.

As to me spittin... honestly, I can freestyle, but I need a certain tempo, I'm not really versatile to different tempos, I fall out of my comfort zone if the beat is too slow or too fast. LOL

If it doesn't work on just "Flash" archives, install or re-install Adobe Flash player. http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/

If you don't have sound at all, even outside of youtube or myspace, then you might be missing or have old drivers for your sound card. Or the sound card is dead, or you plugged your speaker cables into the wrong aux port.
