So, my friends and I were talking about hot people we know when I was like, "So-and-so is really hot." They reply that he isn't because he KNOWS that he's hot, which makes him not...hot.
Is that true for you guys? Even if the person is physically attractive, if they act like they know they are good looking, it makes them not hot? For me, the person will remain physically attractive. The personality is just a whole other issue. |

They're still attractive, but it certainly detracts from it. It becomes kind of annoying rather than intriguing.

You're fit but my gosh don't you know it! Long time no hear...
Anyway, I don't really know. It depends whether or not the knowledge manifests itself as being confidence, or arrogance. |

There's something to be said about confidence in a guy. My friend and I call it "the essence". If a guy has the "essence", he has that undefinable quality of confidence...that is so hot. I think that knowing that you're hot is somehow included in the "essence", but it's not in an arrogant way. This guy would just be completely in control and sure of himself.
However, I hate guys who have this...odor of arrogance surrounding them. It's those guys that KNOW they're hot...when they're really not that hot. Ew. If the "essence" is a pleasant spritz of cologne, then arrogance is a heavy dousing of Axe. |

Confidence is a very attractive quality, but when confidence evolves into arrogance, it's not so attractive.

What are you saying? I assumed the arrogance was implied. I mean, confidence is hardly a problem. Arrogance is obnoxious. |
