Some recent MySpace defaults, edited... Options

Recently I've felt the need to edit my MySpace default to fit the theme of my layout. These are what I have so far. Tell me what you guys think. :]

Also, I made this one for my current layout, and then decided to change it to the other one up ^there.

She never said they were. She merely wanted a critique.

The first and third are the better colorizations. The second the fourth are just overdone.

I don't see why you felt the need to reply back to me about my post. They look like simple colorizations that anyone could do. I guess its nice that she wanted to match her layout with her defualt picture though.

Yeah. I guess you're right. The first two times I was having fun with the text. But the third one was just supposed to be simple. I believe there is some type of art in simplicity.

But what could I do to make it look more special?

I really don't know, its a picture for myspace how snazzy does it need to get xD The first one the text looks pixely, which bugs me. Last one is to cluttered with all the brushes. I mean their pictures, you should add anything that you want to them or that expresses you or has something you like on them.

There are "default" layouts. But there are also "default" pics. I call "default" layouts layouts, and "default" pics defaults.

It probably looks pixely 'cause it's a thumbnail, and needs to be clicked. But thanks. :]

That's what I thought, too. Which is why I made that other one.

I don't personally care for them, because it's not my style but I can see that you put effort into them and the colors are pretty.

I think that the second one is the best out of the set. I've never understood the double person thing and the last one is too busy. I do like the colors in the font thing.

I love the colorizing on 1 and 3.
I love the concept of the fourth one, but I think there's a bit too much colorizing going on, cuz you look a bit washed out.
The second one is good too, but the colorizing;s definitely a bit overdone. Just needs to be toned down a bit.

You should experiment with textures and things other than gradients too. Sometimes they make really cool effects.
