 I took a photo of a little lantern in my backyard, and edited + animated it on GIMP. I like it alot, I hope you guys + gals do too. image link:  -----EDIT----- made a new one!

--does anyone know how to make specific parts of images move? seems impossible to me. it'd have to be a video.
