pandora.createblog.com 7000th post lulz I know the dog's dumb for jumping out of a moving car, but it's partly the owner's fault as well. They shouldn't have opened the window that much. =\ edit:\\ " Cause you're just so damn huggable. Like a teddy bear stuffed with a mix of feathers, baby hair, and memory foam. " I'm fat. |

The crappy part is, I could easily just eat 3 mcdonalds meals to accomplish 4000 calories but they're fatty calories which would defeat the purpose of tryin to keep myself lean @ 9% BF. So I have to eat 8 large healthy meals in order to accomplish and stabilize the BF and lean muscle mass. |

How do you check your body mass? Did you have to go to a doctor (or something equivalent) to get it checked?

How do you check your body mass? Did you have to go to a doctor (or something equivalent) to get it checked? If you want an accurate reading, you'd go to a nutritionist. If you want to get an idea as to how much, you do measurements with a measuring tape. There's an actual equation but I can't remember off the top of my head. It's your height, weight, measurement of your wrist, neck, and waist. Those are the elements of the equation, I just don't remember exactly how to calculate the equation. |

I don't know them either, but don't ever ever use the lists that say if you're this tall and weigh this much, you're x%. According to that I should be like 22.5% I got mine from a nutritionist and a trainer, the trainer ran the tests that made the metabolic determinations etc.
Yeah dude, Tama, I don't even eat that healthy and I maintain lol. I've actually started working out/losing weight again and I'm losing a pound or two per week, so I'm hoping to get into the 170s again. |

If I was in your shoes, I'd be trying to gain more weight. I mean, I would try to balance weight with height. |

Tamacracker, I'm 5'7 135Lbs, not sure if that's average or fat, but since you know alot about this kinda stuff, what would you consider that? =\ I can't go by height and weight really. You could have a really small frame and be a fatty with barely any muscle mass, or you could have a normal or even large frame. Trying to figure out if you're considered healthy would be on a personal level. You'd need a professional to take a look because he/she can recognize the body type, the weight, height, muscle mass, and body fat mass. Doin it over the phone or internet (even with pictures) isn't really beneficial since they have to take a full look at your body, in order to be accurate. But from your picture, the only thing I'd worry about (if anything) would be to gain muscle mass. But you don't have to build muscle mass if you prefer to stay at your size. By the way, when I say frame, I mean your bone structure. |

Fast food is great for bulking phases, since dietary fat has little correlation with body fat. Lee Priest is infamous for his dirty bulks. You can measure your percentage with calipers, which are second in accuracy to water-based tests. |

Meaning how the hell do I know that my dirty diet is actually accurate. I wouldn't want to over eat fat nor under eat. I like to stick to a clean bulk, plus I hate oily/greasy food =\ |

I have some fat on my stomach I want to get rid of, and it's about the last thing I need to go. I just have to get myself running again. I'm not looking to bulk up or anything, but I want to lose the fat I have (not to an unhealthy point, though). |

From when you first wake up til right before bed. After a week to two weeks, that should help drop the fat. |

I thought everybody's stomachs fold over when you sit. (Unless you have really good posture) I'm not exactly sure what I would consider fat because everyone is different so I wouldn't say that there was an "average" skinny person look.

I've slowly been losing weight. The closer I get to my goal, the harder it becomes. Of course me stomach is gross. So are my thighs. The thing that I hate is when skinny, perfectly fine looking girls say "Ugh, I'm fat. I need to lose weight." and then they still where tiny outfits. If they really believed that they were fat, they wouldn't draw attention to it like that.

Swimming works, like, every muscle in your body. It's crazy to see how much the girls and guys on my schools swim team eat during swimming.
