Discuss this season thus far. The last episode got me really pissed off. I can't believe Kara is moving in with Lex! Ugh, and why didn't Lana just told Kara the truth. It's like the same thing as Clark keeping his secret to Lana. Why must Clark hide the bracelet anyways? Jeez. hammer.gif

I'm so glad Pete came back for one episode. It's been like 3-4 years, and he finally shows up. Great to see him back. I wished he would hook up with Lana, so Clark could finally hook up with Lois. Clois are sooo cute together. throb.gif

Kara is not a fathead lol. She's stupid, but she's damn gorgeous hot. Did you see the episode where she was only in her bra and panties inside the house, and Clark tried so hard not to get a boner because it was his cousin? XD.gif

Well in the original Superman storyline, Pete and Lana are suppose to be together, but I'm not sure if Smallville is going to follow through with that. I just hope Clois works out though, cuz that's how the storyline in Superman goes. I'm sick of Clark and Lana. They been together for like 5-6 seasons now, and we need change and a new spark.

What about Chloe's healing ability? That's pretty amazing, although she faints and need recovery time though. I mean she could save alot of lives with that ability. Yeah, I wished Pete stayed longer. Sad to see him go.

Did you notice last episode, they never had Clark, Chloe, and Pete together in a scene? Man, I missed the Three Musketeers. sad.gif

Oh, wow. I didnt notice they were never together i one scene XD.gif
Thats sad =[

IMO, the past seasons were better

Lol, yea, Kara's aiight.

Well, i never caught on to Superman. I mean, i know that Clois is supposed to work out but never heard of Late (lmao, i tried.)
I think itll follow the same line, cuz Justice League happened.

Maybe with more practice Chloe will be able to get her powers right? Maybe shes not supposed to do this alone..Like she's supposed to have a sidekick whenever she decides to use her powers.
Lol, idk. I like her as the computer hacking person, anyway

//edit:

last episode-

glad kara's back.
cant tell if lionels really the bad guy or not
what do you think?

But so far, the whole thing is really interesting. I'm glad Kara is back with Clark.

Lana seemed to be in some sort of coma under Spike's (yes that's the only name that comes to mind when I see him from Angel series lol). Anyways, she'll probably regain conscience once Kara defeats him. Hopefully Clark will learn to fly and come to the rescue and help her defeat him.

Oh shit! Lois and Clark this season are so cute together!

The producers did the right thing, and killing Lana off the show, so they can finally have Lois and Clark get together...finally after 8 seasons...

Do you think X = Lex Luther?!! This is getting interesting.

And OMG! Lois and Clark are so CUTE together. I want them to get together already! Clois > Clana

Tsk tsk, Tung. Double posting are we?

I watched/downloaded it. LOIS and CLARK NEED TO GET OVER THEMSELVES AND HAVE NICE SUPERHERO SEX. SERIOUSLY.

They're adorable together. And Tom Welling is a gorgeous person.

And X will probably be some new entity that we have no idea about. I'm morbidly curious though, now.

I'll have to start getting my 'rents to DVR it when I'm at work.

That chick, the one with the toxic kiss, i'm sorry but she was not attractive. At all. Maybe neck down. That's it. Seriously. It's called a DENTIST. And PLASTIC SURGEON. They could've gotten someone hotter.

Where'd Kara go? I'm so confuzzled.

Lol! It's okay to double post if it's 8 days in between!

Kara is I guess randomly killed off the show. I thought the Producer's of Smallville got this decision wrong. Kara was GREAT for Smallville. They didn't renew her contract, which his a damn shame. She made last season 7 great imo.

Aww, I liked Kara. And normally I don't like it when other people will take away Clark's TV time because I don't get to drool over him as much, but I liked her. She was a good character.

Stupid producers. They never know what they're doing. *shakes fist*

lol I remember going through dvd's upon dvd's of the first two seasons a few summers ago. The acting's shit (unless they all improved exponentially), but it's pretty entertaining.

And it helps that Tom Welling is absof**kinglutely gorgeous.

She is terrible. She left an everlasting distaste for the show and is the ultimate reason why I couldn't stomach watching it after the first couple of seasons. Quite a shame, because Rosenbaum is an excellent actor and Welling has vastly improved as well.

Too bad there's no more Rosenbaum. Had he stayed, the show would have retained its best actor and removed its worst.

Brainiac! Totally not sexy. But didn't someone trap him in the Phantom Zone or something sci-fi weird like that?

I'm hoping within the next 3 episodes they'll make sweet mad crazy love.

And Kristen Kreuk, DAMN. SHE WAS HELLA ANNOYING. That bitch should have been offed in season one.

Had a bit of a rough day so I decided to stream this seasons ep's.

Good lord. Already a VAST improvement compared to anything I've seen on Smallville. The actors (minus Kristin Kwhateverthef**k) have really gelled, the storytelling has REALLY improved and the dynamic is so much better than that stupid ass farm. It's sort of ironic that a show called "Smallville" is so better off outside the city of its namesake. Chloe isn't even bugging me and she used to.

Finally. A good f**king show.

PS. Oliver is hot.

Oliver is f**kING HOT. I'd do him. 9 times. Hmmm. Yesssss.

Chloe DID used to be so annoying. OMG, so freaking emotional and needy. At least they decided to give her a spine.

Yo, Tung. Who is this Davis (paramedic) dude? He's new. And that chick that works for Lex? The ugly one that was "scratching her itch" with Oliver? Yeaaah, when did they bring her in?

Her name is Tess Mercer. Lex put her in charge of everything should he disappear or die... something like that. I actually like her.

Davis Broome is a paramedic that Chloe met while helping a pyro get out of the wreckage from a bus blowing up. It was the second episode of the current season.

The producers/writers have already said that Davis Broome is the alter ego of Doomesday - a seriously nasty baddy from the comics. It makes me sad, because I really like him and they (Chloe and Davis) have far better chemistry than Chloe and Jimmy.

Yes the show is great. Flash was on there for a bit. Along with Green Arrow AND Aquaman. They had a small Justice League going on.

You need to get over your prejudices to Superman and give him, err..the show, a chance. Trust me. He's so worth it. And he's totally nice to look at.

Which one? I'm partial to Wally West. ;)

Eh, I don't know about starting at the beginning. Honestly, this is the first season I've totally enjoyed (I'm mostly a DC girl myself). Superman isn't my favorite either. I'm a huge Zatanna fan. Wonder Woman is a close second, followed by Donna Troy, Kyle Rayner, Martian Manhunter... eh, I like them all. lol

Back to Smallville, Jimmy is so cute. He's like a little kid sometimes.

^ LOL. I think Lana is f*cken hot as hell. But I thought she said she wanted to leave Smallville? Is she back, cuz she had a change of mind?

I think she is being a total cockblock to the show right now. Lois and Clark were starting to get so close. They almost kissed at Chloe's wedding!!! UGHHHHHHHHHHhh.

She's hot, I'll concede to that. TERRIBLE actress though. This is the first season I've completely enjoyed, up until the last few episodes. lol

She cheapens the show, in my opinion. Besides, I think Lois is sexier and a far better match with far better chemistry with Clark.

^ I only miss the old episodes because of Peter. Now those are the good days of smallville. I actually like this season of smallville so far. This season shows alot of potential to be good. I like how they have Green Arrow as a main character now.

Green Arrow is awesome. I think they did a really good job translating the character for this particular show (many, many differences from the comics, but if an adaptation is good, no worries).

I wish GA would have had a little something with Black Canary though. Their relationship is epic in the comic-verse.

I can't beleive Lana has powers now. Does this mean Clark and Lana are back together? Jeezus. After 8 seasons, they are still doing Clana. They need to move on to Clois already. I mean it's 8 seasons already! I can't believe Lois hasn't been on any episodes the past 2-3 episodes.

I hate these stupid gaps between new episodes. What the hell is CW thinking (they do the same thing with Gossip Girl). What a bunch of retards.

At least Lana is gone now. God, they ruined the last few episodes with the amount of screen time she had. Just fall off the earth already, jeez.

I knew it was too good to be true. Why would they suddenly make Clark reveal his secret to Lois and the world in just one episode? They will drag that storyline for way longer than that.

Man Lois. I missed her so much. She was gone for so long.

STICK TO CANON STUPID SHOW.

I can deal with the lack of canon since it's par for the course in a comic book based series. However, some of the stuff historically they've done is beyond acceptable and reasonable cannon modification.

Believe it or not, this is the first season of Smallville that I've liked (there were parts of last season that I liked, because I liked Kara). The only episodes I couldn't watch was... you guessed it! Any episode featuring Lana. This season is supposed to be about Metropolis and the beginning of Clark and Lois' relationship (and a reentry into the original comic mythos). As far as I'm concerned, they threw in two garbage episodes for the sake of satiating Lana fanboys.

Ya know, to each their own. The reason *I* don't like her is several fold. Kristin Kreuk is a terrible actress, for one. I'll quote one of my favorite paragraphs written about her:
QUOTE
And don't even get me *started* on Kristin Kreuk's acting skills, which at present seem to consist of two blinks, a twitch, and a hair flip. Even the most well-written character can be utterly destroyed by a poor performance from the person playing the part, and I happen to think that calling KK's performance "poor" is actually giving her more credit than she deserves.

http://members.cox.net/hottoddy/smallville/blamm.html

Any act of "heroism" on her part has had selfish motivations. She's acted either out of vengeance or to be a superstar hero like Clark. Her little organization? Pathetic attempt at a "told you LEX!" disguised as a group help organization.

Man, I could go on for DAYS about this. lol Sorry, I just find her utterly unlikeable.

Good news (for me, anyway haha), friggin ZATANNA is on the show tonight. This is my favorite DC character of all time, a part from Wonder Woman (the two are neck and neck). Hope my girl is done well. :)

Now see, I've been a fan of Zee for years, I've read every book her name is even mentioned in. I don't think that they did so bad at all, ESPECIALLY given that it's Smallville. She spoke her incantations backwards, so good for them on keeping that (the first scene made me nervous). She gave Ollie her number, which, in a sense, is up to mythos since Zee is an "on-call" JLA member. You have to remember that Zatanna, as you may be familiar with, is much, MUCH older than the one portrayed this evening. Zee was fairly reckless in her youth (although the tantric sex she practiced in college with John Constantine is pretty damn hot). She's also behind the major "mind wipe" of Bats, during the Identity Crisis days. There's so much more.

Oh good lord, I should probably take this to PM's or email. LOL

Hehe, my first username here was "Zatanna".

^ I like Davis because he is an interesting and troubled character. The actor (Sam Witmer) portrays him realistically, without being overly dramatic about it. It's interesting to see how the flip side of Clark Kent evolved and overall, I think that the way Smallville has interpreted his storyline has been very well done.

Davis is much, much different than the typical comic book version of Doomsday. If you're interested, read the DC wiki entry, it's pretty short and for the most part (if memory serves) accurate.

Essentially, Smallville writers (in typical fashion) revised the character so that Doomsday would be more sympathetic (and bonus, hot!). For example, his journey to earth was basically landing on earth in a casket (he was being punished for mass murder, essentially) after said casket was tossed into space. In Smallville, General Zod and his wife created Doomsday because they couldn't have a child of their own. They then sent him to earth, believing that they should be the true rulers of earth and Doomsday ("the ultimate destroyer) would enable this to occur.

Also, I really need to get a life. haha
