okay well i'm not sure if this topic should be under cB help or myspace help but here's my problem:
i put a tracker on my myspace but then somehow deleted the code when i was fixing the profile. & now i want to put the tracker back on but i get this message saying "Site is already being tracked." is there any way around this? is there any way that i can re-track my myspace? |

So you can't just click on the Tracker tab and click tracker code underneath the chart? Is it not letting you?

it doesn't even show up under my tracker thing.
only my cB one. my myspace one isn't even showing up.

Would you, by any chance, still happen to know the tracker ID?
I had this same problem, and I was able to delete the tracker by following this link: http://www.createblog.com/tracker/index.php?id=##### Replace the #'s with the tracker ID, which you can find in the code if you didn't get rid of it already. Even if it doesn't show up in your profile, it's still being tracked - I may be correct in assuming that you lost it when the boards had to be restored? That's what happened to me. |

no, i don't know the tracker ID.
i didn't save it at all.  is there still hope in resolving this issue? P.S. sorry it took me a while to respond back, i totally forgot that i posted this. |
