You can do something. Get rid of your Mac and get a Toshiba.

I also want to know.

I've been able to video chat on ichat, skype, and FB's chizzat on my macbook, with people who don't have macbooks (they have PCs). shrug.gif Make sure you're using the right settings. Sometimes if you're using aim, their aim might not be compatible with yours (especially if you're using iChat).

Your anti-mac bias makes you look like a retard.

It not necessarily yours. It might be an issue on the other end - their aim might not be compatible in regards to directly connecting to your aim, in video chat. I know it happens with some of my friends who use PCs. In which case, you would need to use a different program. I only video chat with people on ichat who have macs, but I can video chat on other programs with people who have macs and people who don't.

Skype. I was able to webcam with someone using a pc, when i was on ichat though. I guess it just depends.

Anyways, I used skype. It's a little bit different, but virtually the same thing. :] And you can voice chat too... Like voice chat with multiple people, but you can only webcam w/ 1 person at a time. D:;
