McCain sweeps, will receive the nomination provided he isn't forced to drop out.

Obama wins Vermont by 22%, Obama ahead by 3% in Texas, Clinton ahead by 22% in Ohio and Rhode Island.

I read a comment by a Ron Paul supporter hoping that McCain dies so that Ron Paul can get the nomination... that's insane.

Who knows though, someone might bring up a scandal that might force McCain to drop out.

Why would he be forced out? - nvm. you answered my question...

Clinton seems to be winning in all of the more rural counties in Ohio. She won in my county. And Obama's winning in the counties with Cincinnati, Columbus, and Toledo.

Same thing with Texas.

Texas and Ohio aren't winner-takes-all, are they?

Depends from state to state. Some are winner take all, some do it by whatever percentage you win.

Yeah we're proportional. Also keep in mind that the primaries are just the first part. They're also caucusing tonight, which has about 40% of the delegates given to the candidates. That's only the democrats, though.

Ask the democrats. The republicans only have primaries.

McCain's sweeps are boring. Politics are nothing without competition.
I am anxiously waiting.
