Long to short hair without the haircut |

Is that even possible? I want to get my hair [which is currently up to my shoulders] to look short without lossing any. Any tips?

Losing any what? Losing volume, or losing length? If you don't want to lose any hair at all, style your hair up? If you just are concerned about losing length, then get a layered cut.
