How Can I make my icons move like this I tried using frames but they don't move =/

What software are you currently using? If you have Photoshop, you can use Imageready to animate images.

Just a really quick explanation - make your image in photoshop with your images on different layers, jump to ImageReady, then click the little > on the animation palette. press "make frames from layers", set the time, and voila.

oh i use photoshop yeah I know how to make basic animations w/ imageready but I want them to like move more.

If you're talking about putting shots from a video, I know how to do that. You have to cut the part of the video of where you want it, and then convert it to .MPEG and then you open it on imageready, and then you size it however you want, then finally you save it as .GIF and then voila! It's a .GIF image file instead of a video file! :D. If you didn't get what I said (because I pretty much put it in the easiest words possible), you can see the tutorial here. This tutorial is a little bit different, but hopefully you figure it out! :) Good luck.

Okay.. now that it's reopened umm... Does anyone know where I can get videos or download them from youtube? I have DivX movies & all that but is there anyway to convert them to WMA?
