It's a transparent rectangle looks like this:

A couple of things -

First off, you keep asking questions in the Designers' Cafe'. That isn't where you should be posting questions regarding help with graphics. Those questions should be posted in the Graphics Help section.

Second, have you checked the common brushes thread? More often than not you will find the brush you're looking for there.
