i would like to be hosted=D
i dont know if anyone is willing to do this for me but here is what i need.
idk how much space... i dont know how to use ftp, but i would do it all as html. cause im prettygood with that.
i need a domain. and a hosting place.
i would do freewebs, but no-one ever goes on there and what is the point of having stuff if no-one uses it=D

Since you don't want to pay, go for the subdomain, unless you somehow find connections to someone who's cool enough to buy you a domain or something. Finding a good host/subdomain can take some time. You can go to hosting sites, such as the ones found here: http://www.free-webhosts.com/ and find the one that fits you best. Or you can browse around personal blogs/graphic sites and see if anyone is willing to host you and share space/bandwidth. There may also be sites out there who are in need of partners - you just have to look around.

FTP and HTML aren't the same thing. FTP is the uploading of files to your server, and HTML is a type of scripting. PHP is more efficient and actually very basic to learn, if you just have patience and you can focus. There are plenty of tutorials on PHP basics out there.
