sorry how do you put text in a photo it doesn tcom eup but the place where the layer is it shows up as what i wrote.
please help its been a while since I have actually been on it? please help :( |

Is the text layer (where you can see what you wrote) under the photo layer? If it is, just drag it to move it on top of the photo layer in the left palette. Remember the order of the layers is the order you will get.

nope the text layer is on top of the photo layer. the text that i wrote shows in the palette but still not in the picture

Hmm, okay. That's actually really strange. Well, because I have no idea what you did, is the font size not too big? Is the text box, well, the adequate size to fit the font? Save what you have now, restart Photoshop, and try again?

nope nothing.
i still dont see the text in any picture i still dont see the text in any picture when i type text it comes in as a line help!!!? |

it just wont put text. so heres the deal everytime i try tpo put text it doesnt show up on the picture instead its like a line. the text and letters show on the palette where the background and layers are. Im just having trouble to put text on it

try using a different color, font, and size. try restarting your computer, too.
i've had this problem many times before, and the only way i've fixed it is by uninstalling and reinstalling photoshop. if you have an illegal copy, it increases the chance of these problems. |
